FREE MEET & TREAT SESSION INCLUDED WITH ALL NEW BOOKINGS
New to grooming or have a nervous dog? I offer a complimentary 30 minute Meet & Treat with all new confirmed bookings. This relaxed visit allows your dog to explore the salon, meet me and settle in calmly with no dryers or clippers, just gentle interaction, reassurance and treats (if allowed). It’s a great way to help puppies, nervous dogs or first time visitors feel more comfortable and confident before their first appointment.
Please note: the Meet & Treat is only available to clients with a confirmed booking in place and is completely optional.
If you’d prefer to go straight to your appointment, that’s absolutely fine too!
PUPPY GROOMING
A puppy’s first groom plays an important role in shaping how they feel about grooming for life. Early sessions focus on building trust and confidence while gently introducing puppies to the salon environment, sounds and handling. Starting early helps support calm, positive grooming experiences.
A gentle introduction for puppies aged between 12 weeks to 6 months.

This session is designed to help your puppy feel relaxed and comfortable in a grooming environment. It’s all about building trust at their pace with plenty of praise, patience and tasty treats along the way (if allowed!).
This session includes:​

Calm introduction to grooming tools and sounds

Gentle bath with puppy safe shampoo

Slow, quiet drying and light brushing

Nail trim and ear clean

Light tidy up around the eyes, feet, paw pads and hygiene area
There is no full body clipping in this session. These early grooms focus on a calm, confidence building introduction led by your puppy’s comfort and needs with plenty of praise, reassurance and treats (if allowed)!

SINGLE PUPPY GROOM
£25
Two gentle sessions designed to build confidence and get your puppy comfortable with grooming.

1st Session (around 12–14 weeks):​
​This session is the same as the Single Puppy Groom - a gentle introduction to grooming tools and sounds, a bath, brush, nail trim and light tidy around the eyes, feet, paw pads and hygiene areas.

2nd Session (around 16–18 weeks):
A follow up session to reinforce your puppy’s progress with the same calm and gentle grooming routine - ​bath, brush, nail trim and light tidy around the eyes, feet, paw pads and hygiene areas.
Both sessions invoice no full body clipping. These early grooms focus on a calm, confidence building introduction led by your puppy’s comfort and needs with plenty of praise, reassurance and treats (if allowed)!
Both sessions approx. 45-60 minutes.
PUPPY INTRO PACKAGE
£45
3-session package including two introductory puppy grooms and a first full groom.
1st Session (around 12–14 weeks):
A gentle introduction to the grooming environment, tools and handling. Includes a bath, brush, blow dry and light tidy if needed, all at your puppy’s pace.
2nd Session (around 16–18 weeks):
A second introductory groom following the same format as the first, helping to build confidence.
Sessions 1 & 2 are purely introductory and do not include full styling or clipping.
Each session lasts approx. 45–60 minutes.
3rd Session (approx. 4 weeks later):
Your puppy’s first full adult groom. This includes a full brush and comb through, bath, blow dry, clipping or de-shedding (as appropriate), nail trim, ear clean, paw pad tidy and hygiene area tidy.
Approx. 1.5–3 hours (may vary depending on coat, size and comfort level).
Optional add on: If your puppy needs a little more time to feel confident before their full groom, you can add an extra session for £20.

FULL GROOMING PRICES
Groom prices are set by breed with additional charges for factors such as coat condition, matting, fleas, behaviour or dogs requiring extra time. As every dog is different, final pricing will be confirmed following an initial consultation either in person or via message.
FULL GROOM
For clipped breeds

A full grooming session for dogs that require coat clipping and styling. The groom is tailored to suit your dog’s needs and your preferences helping them stay comfortable, well maintained and looking their best.

A thorough brush before & after the bath to remove loose coat and any tangles.

Double shampoo using products suited to your dog's coat type & skin.

Blow dry.

Full body styling (clipped/scissored) as required and based on your preference.

Nail trim, ear cleaning, paw pad tidy and hygiene area tidy up.

Finished with a spritz of fragrance & nose and paw balm.​
DE-SHED PACKAGE
Smooth coat from £34
Double coat from £38
This groom is for smooth and double coated breeds that don’t need clipping but do shed. It helps manage shedding by removing loose fur, leaving the coat clean and refreshed.

This session includes:

Double shampoo using products suited to your dog's coat type & skin.

Blow dry.

Thorough de-shedding using tools suited to your dog’s coat type.

Nail trim & ear clean.

Light scissor tidy to feathering if needed with paw pad and hygiene area tidy up if required (for double coats).

Finished with a spritz of fragrance & nose and paw balm.​
THE MINI GROOM
Bath & Tidy
From £28
The perfect in between groom to keep your dog smelling fresh, tangle free & looking their best! No clipping involved, ideal for maintaining long haired breeds between full grooms.

HAND STRIPPING
Hand stripping is a specialist grooming method for certain wire coated breeds that do not shed their coat naturally. The dead coat is removed by hand rather than clipped helping to maintain the correct texture and colour. As every dog’s coat and needs are different, hand stripping is priced individually. If you are interested in this service, please contact me to discuss your dog and the expected cost before booking. Each hand strip includes nail trimming and a light spritz of fragrance. A post strip bath may be included if suitable for your dog’s coat and skin.

Hand stripping isn’t suitable for every dog or coat type so we’ll discuss suitability during your enquiry before booking.
